Deutsche Oper Belrin – Madama Butterfly - SUZUKI
Already the motherly warmth of her mezzo soprano voice make Karis Tucker an ideal Suzuki and turned the blossom duet into one of the musical highlights of the evening.

Glyndebourne Festival – The Wreckers - THIRZA
Karis Tucker’s intense Thurza, fierce in her condemnation of the community from which she feels alienated, and admirably secure over the role’s implacably wide range.

His lover Thurza was a darkly-gleaming Karis Tucker, who showed remarkable dexterity and consistency across Smyth’s ambitious mezzo-soprano writing, with top notes that probably please most sopranos.

Deutsche Oper Berlin – Nabucco - FENENA

...Karis Tucker as Fenena showed more vocal presence then her rival. Later, the mezzo soprano equally attracted the attention with a very beautifully and strikingly sung prayer.
