Beate I. Mennicken started her theatre career in 1979 as the assistant of the artistic administrator in Gelsenkirchen. In the very next year, she became the artistic administrator of the Musiktheater im Revier. Already at that time, she intensively committed herself to keep up contacts with the audience, she organised publicity events and chaired discussions etc.
1983, she became the artistic administrator and personal consultant of the director in Osnabruck. In close co-operation with the managing directors, she was creatively involved in the theatre management. Moreover she was in charge of the entire handling of guest performances from the sales to the guest performance managing.
From 1987 until 1992 she was engaged at the Opera House Bonn as artistic administrator and personal consultant of the general director. Here, she also made arrangements for the program and the subscription system, she organised and attended to special events and galas with political VIP´s and internationally renowned artists. She was in charge of the contents arrangement, the artistic and organizational preparation, as well as media-specific problems in connection with the department of the German Chancellor, the foreign ministry, the Lord Mayor, broadcasting companies and the local and international press.
Before Beate I. Mennicken started her own PR-secretary in 1995, she gained foreign experiences and completed her studies as a cultural manager.
ARTIST MANAGEMENT
Miriam Grau Tanner worked as an assistant director at some of the most important opera houses in Europe including the Vienna State Opera, the Opera House Zurich, the Opéra de Monte Carlo, the Gran Teatru del Liceu or the Palau de les Arts in Valencia. Here, she worked with such renowned artists such as Placido Domingo and Zubin Mehta.
Parallel to her carreer in the world of music theatre, she made musicological research on the opera of the 18th century. Within this frame, she also participated in the reconstruction of Lorenzo da Ponte’s opera “L’apemusicale”, which had its successful world premiere in Vienna in the Mozart Year 2006.
Miriam Grau Tanner is the author of the book "The Voices of Mozart". As an expert on Mozart she is a very much sought-after lecturer at international musical conferences and universities.
Since 2000 Miriam Grau Tanner, who was born in Spain, regularly writes reviews and articles for the opera magazine “Opera Actual” and collaborates with the Vienna “Da Ponte Institute”.
Besides, she organized events and concerts with great names like John Elliot Gardiner or Montserrat Caballé a.m.o.
At the Bremen University, she got her degree in musical and cultural management.
Since September 1st, 2015, Miriam works at artist communication.
ARTIST MANAGEMENT
After studying musicology with Jürgen Maehder at the Free University Berlin he was a trainee and worked as an assistant producer with Willy Decker, Achim Freyer, Götz Friedrich, Peter Konwitschny, Harry Kupfer, just to name a few.
He was engaged as evening supervisor at the Bielefeld Opera House, assistant producer at the Heidelberg Castle Festival, manager of the Bochum Philharmonic Orchestra on their America tour and was in charge of several revivals, such as stagings of Jean-Pierre Ponnelle, at the Cologne Opera House, the Darmstadt State Theatre, in Wuppertal and Gelsenkirchen.
From 2000 to 2006 he was personal Aide to the General Director at the Munster City Theatre and the ‘Pfalztheater’ in Kaiserslautern.
Axel Kresin published as a dramaturgical consultant for the Berlin Concert House and in 2006 he organized an international symposium in cooperation with the Martinů-Institute, Prague. He worked as advisor of the Salzburg Festival and in Budapest (Academy of Sciences).
After his directing debut at the Bochum Theatre, he realised 15 opera stagings in Münster, Kaiserslautern, Trier and at the Berlin Festival House, among which operas from Haydn, Krenek, Martinů, Rihm, Rossini and Verdi. At the same time he gave scenic lessons at the Conservatories of Cologne, Mainz and Münster.
CONSULTING / COACHING
Ivan Anguélov has appeared at international opera houses and festivals as well as with leading orchestras in major concert halls in Europe and overseas.
Chief conductor positions have taken the Bulgarian conductor, whose adopted home is Germany, from the Plovdiv National Opera to Lausanne and Bonn, and as GMD to the Bratislava National Opera, with which he was awarded the Furtwängler Prize for outstanding artistic achievements in 1995.
He has worked with renowned directors and soloists.
The conductor's discography is extensive. He has recorded numerous CDs of symphonic music and operas.
In 2007, the conductor Ivan Anguélov was awarded the honorary prize THE GOLDEN SPRING in Sofia for his contribution to Bulgarian culture.
Mo. Anguélov works as a coach for the agency's artists and is a musical consultant in the artist communication team.

Mit einem Studium als Übersetzerin und Dolmetscherin in den Sprachen Englisch und Portugiesisch an der Universität von Antwerpen, begann die Belgierin, Anna Loyens, die dreisprachig (Französisch, Deutsch, Flämisch) aufwuchs, ihren beruflichen Werdegang.
Seit 1984 lebt Anna Loyens in Deutschland, hier arbeitete sie zuerst im Sekretariat der Universität Passau am Lehrstuhl für Psychologie. Parallel dazu unterrichtete sie Niederländisch an der Volkshochschule in Passau. Es folgte eine Anstellung als Mitarbeiterin des Passauer Tourismusbüros. Anschließend war Anna Loyens als freiberufliche Übersetzerin für mehrere internationale Übersetzungsbüros tätig.
Seit 1999 arbeitet Anna als Assistentin bei artist communication.
