In the season 2022/ 23 Milen Bozkoh made his debut as RADAMES at the Warsaw National Opera (Mo. Patrick Fournillier). He regularly returns here in this very role. He also portrayed RADAMES in 24/25 at the Dubai Opera, the Saarbrücken State Theatre, the Salzburg Felsenreitschule, the Varna Summer Festival and the Prague State Opera. In Prague he also is DES GRIEUX in the new production “Manon Lescaut”. As TURIDDU/CANIO in “Cavalleria Rusticana/I Pagliacci” he succeeded this season at the Karlsruhe State Theatre.

In 2025/26 he makes his debut as RADAMES in “Aida” (Mo. Andrey Yurkevich) at the Royal Opera Stockholm and as CAVARADOSSI in “Tosca” (Pietro Rizzi/Christof Loy) at the Helsinki National Opera. Besides, he returns to the Karlsruhe State Theatre as TURIDDU/CANIO.

After his successful engagement as the PRINCE in “Rusalka” at the Opéra de Metz , he was re-engaged here as HERODES in “Salome”. Moreover, he recently made his debut as OTELLO next to Krassimira Stoyanova at the Varna Summer Festival. Here, he also sang a GALA-CONCERT with Sonya Yoncheva. As ISMAELE in “Nabucco” he could be seen at the Plovdiv Amphitheatre.

His repertoire also includes such roles as PINKERTON in “Madama Butterfly”, DON JOSÉ in “Carmen”, POLLIONE in “Norma”, in which he has already succeeded at the State Theatres of Kassel, Darmstadt and Nuremberg or GUSTAVO in “Un ballo in maschera” and CAVARADOSSI in “Tosca” with which he impressed at the Tirana National Opera.

Milen Bozhkov studied Singing at the Sofia Music Academy and took studies at the Graz Music University with KS Prof. Joanna Borowska. He completed his education with KS Krassimira Stoyanova, by whom he is still regularly instructed today. His first engagements brought him to the Sofia National Opera, the Opera House Graz, the Coburg and the Hagen Theatre and the Maribor Opera.

Further concert engagements brought him to Japan, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Latvia and Bulgaria. In summer 2022 he sang Gounod’s CECILIA MASS at the Lucerne Concert House.
