Lisa Schnejdar  Koloratursoubrette


Since 204 Lisa Schnejdar has regularly guest performances at the "Mumuth" Theatre. Here, she can be seen in MUSETTA in 'La Bohème', ZERLINA in Mozart's 'Don Giovanni' and in the contemporary opera 'Asteroid 62' by D. Kourlandskij. She was enchanting as PAPAGENA in a series of concertant performances of Mozart's 'Die Zauberflöte'. Last year, the extremely charming coloratura soubrette made her debut as ANTONIDA in Glinka's 'A Life For the Tsar' at the Lipüzek Opera House (Russia).

The young soprano comes from an artistic family: her father is opera- and chamber singer at the Lipzek Philharmonic and a member of the Russian Painter's Society. Her mother is a music teacher. Lisa Schnejdar first studied piano at the Municipal Conservatory. She simultaneously studied drama at the Leo Tolstpo State Theatre, where she even was a member of the ensemble for one year. Furthermore, she received tution in classical ballet.

In 2008 Ms Schnejdar started her singing studies at the Tschaikowskij Conservatory in Moscow, with L. Korotkowa. In 2011 she completed her formation with singing studies at the University of Arts in Graz (Austria) with Claudia Rüggeberg and Elena Pankratova. She graduated with distinction.

Lias Schnejdar is a Prize Winner of the International Singing Competition Jelena Gora 2015 in Poland. She attended master classes with Galina Wischnewskaja and Russana Lisizian.

The artist is a very much sought-after concert singer. Concert engagements alsready brought her to Moscow, Lipetzk, Vienna, Salzburg, Regensburg, Lower Austria , Burgenland and Steiermark.
